The 'BIG' Studio Kids registration day and photo shoot is a busy fun day! You can arrive any time between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Stay an hour or stay all day. You don't need an appointment. When you arrive at the Church you will meet Lisa Santillan, founder of Studio Kids Management, one of the most recognized management companies in the industry. She will show you how to get your children involved as an extra in TV, movies and print. She will describe how the entertainment industry works, how her business works, special requirements for child actors and talent, what to expect on the set and how you can get your child involved. She will answer any questions you have. If you decide that this is for you and your child, her friendly staff will be there to help you sign up! Next you need pictures! You will bring your little cutie down the hall to see me for a mini photo shoot! I will take your child's pictures and deliver them to Lisa for you!
Here are a few recommendations to help your day (and ours) go smoothly:
1. You may be sitting and listening for a while so snacks and/or small toys to keep your little angels occupied may be helpful.
2. You may want to change your child's shirt just before the picture to guarantee that it is still clean. (Two sons myself, I know how messy they can be!)
3. Please walk loud or crying children outside for the respect of others. It can get pretty loud at these events!
4. Make sure you don't let your child run around unattended. Remember this is our first impression of how your child will behave on the set!
