For clothes, please dress your child in bright kid colors that bring out their best features! White shirts and shirts with logos are a huge no-no! We also prefer that your child does not wear black. Make sure if you wear a tee shirt that it's not too baggy, and that the neck has a good fit. (not stretched out or baggy)
For hair, please make sure it is clean and that bangs are trimmed (very important) so they do not cover eyes. Wear it in a style that shows it's length, color and texture. Hats and ponytails pulled to the back of the head are also a big no-no.
For make-up, Cover-up on blemishes is a great idea! Boys don't like to wear it, and that's fine, blemishes can be retouched on the photograph. Chapstick or Vaseline is a nice touch on lips for girls and boys. Young girls should not wear make-up. Our goal is for you to look young. Older girls that are regular wearers of make-up please do not over do it! We want to see your natural beauty!
Babies and small children almost always look better with their shoes off. They will probably be sitting so we usually don't want big bulky shoes sticking way out front taking away from their cute little faces!
Please don't wear rubber bracelets, ponytail holders or rubber bands on wrists.
Please make sure hair, faces and noses are squeaky clean!
