It was great to see an old face today! I got to make new headshots of Sierra L. What a sweet and beautiful girl!

She's sure busy! She's appearing soon in the new movie with Colin Farrel and Christopher Walken called 'Seven Psychopaths' and will also soon be filming an episode of ABC's 'Revenge'. Not to mention while she was in my studio picking her new headshot, she got a call to be in a new Jason Mraz music video! Way to go Sierra!

You can download all Studio Kids required paperwork directly for the Studio Kids Website and mail it in!

You can also come in to the studio* anytime to take a new or update an old picture!
* highly recommended if you don't want to wait in line for your picture, or want a photoshoot with more personal attention!

At the studio we offer the Studio Kids Portrait Package** on a day that is more convenient for you.

The Studio Kids Portrait Package is $75.00 and includes:
A professional retouched headshot photographed on a white background, delivered in print and on CD to the Studio Kids office. You will receive a 4x5 proof of your headshot,
PLUS -
1 8x10, 2 5x7s and 8 wallets of your headshot
OR
your retouched headshot on CD with usage and printing rights.

What to Expect at the 'BIG' Studio Kids Meet & Greet

The 'BIG' Studio Kids registration day and photo shoot is a busy fun day! You can arrive any time between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Stay an hour or stay all day. You don't need an appointment. When you arrive at the Church you will meet Lisa Santillan, founder of Studio Kids Management, one of the most recognized management companies in the industry. She will show you how to get your children involved as an extra in TV, movies and print. She will describe how the entertainment industry works, how her business works, special requirements for child actors and talent, what to expect on the set and how you can get your child involved. She will answer any questions you have. If you decide that this is for you and your child, her friendly staff will be there to help you sign up! Next you need pictures! You will bring your little cutie down the hall to see me for a mini photo shoot! I will take your child's pictures and deliver them to Lisa for you!

Here are a few recommendations to help your day (and ours) go smoothly:

1. You may be sitting and listening for a while so snacks and/or small toys to keep your little angels occupied may be helpful.

2. You may want to change your child's shirt just before the picture to guarantee that it is still clean. (Two sons myself, I know how messy they can be!)

3. Please walk loud or crying children outside for the respect of others. It can get pretty loud at these events!

4. Make sure you don't let your child run around unattended. Remember this is our first impression of how your child will behave on the set!

Available at the Studio Kids Meet & Greet and also available to Studio Kids clients for a personal photo shoot at the studio. It is designed for those who like more pictures!

Includes:
A professional retouched headshot photographed on a white background, delivered in print and on CD to the Studio Kids office. You will receive a 4x5 proof of your Headshot.
PLUS your retouched image on CD with a copyright release
OR 1 8x10, 2 5x7s and 8 wallets of your Headshot!

Studio Kids Meet & Greet Special: $50.00*
This package is available only at the Studio Kids Meet & Greet and includes all the basic photography needed to get started with Studio Kids.

Includes: A professional retouched headshot photographed on a white background, delivered in print and on CD to the Studio Kids office. You will receive a 4x5 proof of your Headshot.

Also Available:
Any additional images on CD with copyright release $25.00
25 4x6's of your image $30.00

What to wear to a Studio Kids photo shoot

For clothes, please dress your child in bright kid colors that bring out their best features! White shirts and shirts with logos are a huge no-no! We also prefer that your child does not wear black. Make sure if you wear a tee shirt that it's not too baggy, and that the neck has a good fit. (not stretched out or baggy)

For hair, please make sure it is clean and that bangs are trimmed (very important) so they do not cover eyes. Wear it in a style that shows it's length, color and texture. Hats and ponytails pulled to the back of the head are also a big no-no.

For make-up, Cover-up on blemishes is a great idea! Boys don't like to wear it, and that's fine, blemishes can be retouched on the photograph. Chapstick or Vaseline is a nice touch on lips for girls and boys. Young girls should not wear make-up. Our goal is for you to look young. Older girls that are regular wearers of make-up please do not over do it! We want to see your natural beauty!

Babies and small children almost always look better with their shoes off. They will probably be sitting so we usually don't want big bulky shoes sticking way out front taking away from their cute little faces!

Please don't wear rubber bracelets, ponytail holders or rubber bands on wrists.

Please make sure hair, faces and noses are squeaky clean!
